Daycare operational days will be from Sunday to Thursday. Accident & Emergency Services are available 24 hours daily.

24 Hours Accident & Emergency
An emergency is defined as a sudden or unexpected incident that requires immediate attention. In the A&E department, we treat patients who need emergency treatment.

24 Hours Ambulance Service
Metro Specialist Hospital Ambulance Service is available 24 hours daily. Our Ambulances are always in a excellent condition and furnished with essential high tech facilities.

24 Hours Pharmacy
Our Main Pharmacy is located at the ground floor while the Satellite Pharmacy is located at the 1st floor. The Satellite Pharmacy caters for in-patients and in-patients upon discharge.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU/CCU)
The ICU/CCU is a 10 bedded unit located on the second floor of Metro Specialist Hospital. Also located at the same floor are the Labour Room, Delivery Suites, Operating Theatre and Ward A2E.

Operation Theatre Complex
The operating rooms are spacious and equipped with all essential and modern equipment.

Fully Air-conditioned Wards
Metro Specialist Hospital provides a variety of ward rooms to cater to the needs/requirements of our valued customers and patients. Basically all of the rooms are air-conditioned, fully equipped and furnished.

Delivery Suites
Metro Specialist Hospital has 3 Delivery suites specially designed and equipped to cater to the needs and requirements of mothers-to-be with you and your baby in mind.

Nursery
Well-trained staff are assigned to work in the Nursery under tight security and only parents are allowed inside the nursery.

Physiotherapy Unit
We have a tastefully designed and well equipped Physiotherapy Unit to treat patients with movement disorders due to disease, injury or weakness in the joints or muscles.

In-House Laboratory
Our In-house Laboratory located at the ground floor next to the Casualty Department, operates 24-hours daily mainly to cater our patients and customers to conduct lab tests and to furnish speedy, reliable and accurate reports.

ESW Lithotripsy
ESW Lithotripsy is the latest state-of-art technology for the treatment of urinary stones as it provides virtually pain free, safe and reliable treatment of small urinary stones.

Cafeteria
The cafeteria located at the ground floor and is open from 7.30am-8.30pm daily. Metro Cafeteria offers direct from its in-house kitchen delicious food rangingfrom breakfast, lunch, high tea to dinner.

Convenient Shop
it is located at Lobby on the ground floor. selling foodstuff, drinks, souvenirs, reading materials etc.

Security
Security department is locatednext to the dialysis unit and the Security Staff are responsible for the safety of the patients, visitors and the staff.

Surau/Prayer Room
Surau or prayer rooms are provided for Muslims to perform their ‘solah’. There are two suraus - one located at the Service Block and another at the second floor.

Metro Auditorium
The Metro Auditorium located at the 3rd floor comprise a small hall and a larger one to cater for activities. The Auditorium fully furnished and and equipped with projector and screen, can be rented out as a whole or separately by choosing the small or the larger hall. It is fully air-conditioned and the rental rates are reasonable.
