Business Development Department is a department responsible in creating awareness about medical services and facilities. Business Development staff shall be responsible in promoting company/ hospital facilities and services. Besides that the staff is responsible in recruiting potential customers and enhances relationship with potential and existing customers.In addition, the main function of the Business Development Department is to recruit the new Corporate Client and Insurance Company. Besides that, they also shall update the existing customers.

Business Development is also doing a community service. The purpose is to create awareness about medical information. The hospital is doing numbers of activities to the community such as medical camp, blood donation programs, Heart Care Programme, health talk like for example continuous medical education (CME) for doctors, staff and publics and career advancement talk to be given to the school and college student. Other activities are like Metro Kids Party, festive season celebration, jogathon, coloring contest etc.
